These Terms of Service govern your use of urieljsc (the “App”), operated by Uriel JSC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and business authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If you use the App for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it and to bind it to these terms. You may connect only Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you are authorized to manage.
2. The service
The App provides tools for managing authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. Depending on the features enabled and access granted by Meta, these tools allow you to:
Read Page messages and Instagram direct messages with available chat participant information.
Create and publish Facebook Page posts and supported Instagram content you authorize.
View comments, replies, and available post interaction information.
Keep connected messages and content views up to date.
Features depend on your account eligibility, permissions, Meta approvals, API availability, and platform limits. The App does not provide unrestricted access to personal profiles, unrelated private messages, or the identity of every person who views or interacts with a post.
3. Accounts and permissions
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, maintaining accurate information, and controlling who can use the App for your business. Do not share passwords or access tokens with unauthorized people. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
By connecting an account, you authorize us to access and process the data needed for the enabled features, within the permissions you grant. You can revoke access through Facebook or Instagram settings. You remain responsible for actions you authorize through the App, including publication of content.
4. Your content and other people's information
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Uriel JSC a nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to operate the App, carry out your instructions, and meet legal obligations. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to the backup and retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the rights and authority needed to upload or publish content and to process customer messages and participant information. You are responsible for any notices, permissions, or other lawful basis required for your business's use of personal information. Review posts before authorizing publication. Published content may remain on Meta until you remove it there.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law, these terms, and Meta's rules for your connected accounts. You must not:
Access accounts or information without authorization, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to obtain data outside approved API access.
Use messages or participant information for unauthorized profiling, sale, unrelated advertising, or other purposes inconsistent with the Privacy Policy.
Publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content, impersonate others, or distribute spam or malware.
Interfere with the App, probe systems without authorization, or misuse credentials or authorization tokens.
Use the App to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
6. Meta and other third-party services
The App integrates with Facebook and Instagram but is operated independently by Uriel JSC. It is not a Meta product and is not sponsored or endorsed by Meta. Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their applicable terms, including the Facebook Terms and Instagram Terms of Use.
Meta may change or restrict its APIs, permissions, or account access. We cannot guarantee that a particular integration, field, or feature will remain available. We may change features to comply with platform requirements or law.
7. Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and our retention and deletion commitments. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the full request process. To request deletion, email contact@urieljsc.com with the subject “Data deletion request — urieljsc”. Include enough information to identify the relevant account; do not send passwords or access tokens.
Disconnecting an account stops future access through its authorization. It does not by itself remove content held independently by Meta or other business records. Our Privacy Policy describes how stored App data is handled after disconnection or a deletion request.
8. Fees and separate agreements
Any paid services, subscriptions, or additional business commitments must be disclosed in a separate order or agreement accepted by you before charges apply. These terms do not themselves authorize a charge or establish a subscription. If a separately signed agreement expressly changes these terms for a service, that agreement controls for that service to the extent of the conflict.
9. Our intellectual property
The App's software, branding, and other materials supplied by Uriel JSC belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the App for its intended business purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or of content belonging to Meta, customers, or other third parties.
10. Suspension and ending access
You may stop using the App and disconnect accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, lose authority over a connected account, create a security risk, or if required by law or Meta. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you and explain the reason. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.
After access ends, your authorization to use the App ends and stored data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature must continue, such as ownership, applicable liability limits, and unresolved payment obligations under a separate agreement, survive termination.
11. Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, complete platform data, or a specific business outcome. You should keep independent copies of business information you need. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or obligation that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uriel JSC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
13. Questions and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. If we cannot resolve it, either party may seek a remedy before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not require arbitration or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or an available contact channel before the changes take effect, unless a legal or security requirement requires earlier action. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms; if you disagree, stop using the App and disconnect your accounts.
