Data Deletion Instructions
App: urieljsc · Last updated:
Uriel JSC operates urieljsc. If you manage a connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, or your messages or interactions have been processed through the App, you can request deletion of your personal data using the steps below.
1. Send a deletion request
- Email contact@urieljsc.com with the subject Data deletion request — urieljsc.
- Identify the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account. Include your account email or platform-scoped user ID if known. If you messaged or interacted with a business, include that business account and the approximate conversation or interaction date.
- Tell us whether you want all personal data relating to you deleted or specify the records concerned. You do not need to know a platform-scoped user ID to submit a request.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or unrelated sensitive information. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or your authority to act for a business before processing the request.
2. Information covered by your request
Depending on how you used or interacted with the App, relevant information may include:
- Connected account details, identifiers, and authorization tokens.
- Stored Facebook Page messages or Instagram direct messages and available attachments.
- Chat participant names, usernames, identifiers, and profile pictures made available by Meta.
- Stored posts, comments, replies, interaction records, and available participant details.
- Other personal information you provided to the App.
A request about your own information does not authorize deletion of unrelated information belonging to another person or business.
3. Processing and confirmation
We respond to requests and delete the relevant data from active systems within 30 days after verification, unless applicable law requires a shorter period. We confirm completion by email. If a legally permitted extension or a retention requirement applies, we explain the reason and applicable timeframe.
Residual backup copies expire within a further 90 days after deletion from active systems. They are not used for ordinary operations. If a backup is restored, applicable deletions are reapplied. Limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary to address a specific security incident or legal dispute, with access restricted to that purpose.
For a status update, reply to your request email. We use the same email conversation to confirm completion or explain any remaining steps.
4. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram access
You can also revoke the App's access through the settings for your Facebook or Instagram account. Find the connected app or business integration named urieljsc and remove its authorization. The exact settings labels depend on the platform and account type.
Disconnecting stops future access through that authorization. We remove or invalidate the connection's access tokens and delete stored Meta-derived data from active systems within 90 days after disconnection, or sooner following a verified deletion request. Disconnecting alone is not a request for the 30-day deletion process; email us to request it.
5. Records held by Meta or a business
Deleting data held by urieljsc does not itself delete posts, messages, comments, or other records stored independently by Facebook, Instagram, or the business account you contacted. Manage those records through the relevant platform or contact the business directly.
See our Privacy Policy's retention section for the full retention terms.
